Founded in 2017, Majestic International College (MIC) is a distinguished private high school and a member of the Council of International Schools (CIS), offering an English-language curriculum. As of June 2025, MIC proudly marked the graduation of its seventh cohort, reflecting its commitment to educational excellence and international standards.

Physics Subject Teacher

Basic requirements for candidates:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory, with a master's degree or higher preferred.
• Professional teaching certifications, such as a PGCE or a subject area teaching license, are beneficial.
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in relevant subjects is necessary.
• Experience in international schools is preferred; familiarity with teaching motivated Chinese students (ages 15-17) and teaching A-levels and IGCSE is also a plus.
• Proficiency in English is required for instruction and communication at the workplace, along with an understanding of the significance of developing technical literacy while teaching the subject in English to Chinese students.
• A professional demeanor toward teaching that aligns with MIC’s mission and values, showcasing a commitment to teamwork, perseverance, and accountability.
• Evidence of a commitment to continual professional development and a willingness to participate in school-based training activities.

Employment Benefits for a 2-Year Contract Period

C&B Package:

Competitive with the local international school market, determined by factors such as years of relevant teaching experience, educational qualifications, and the workload/commitment level associated with each position. The pre-tax annual salary ranges from CNY 240,000 to CNY 400,000.

Welfare Package:

• Flight allowance:
  Option 1: CNY 9,500 per academic year for flight expenses.
  Option 2: Reimbursement for one round trip (at the start and end of the contract) between the home country and China; an allowance of CNY 9,500.
