Deputy Leader of Maths - Curriculum, Teaching and Learning

We are looking for staff who:

• Have excellent subject knowledge, are passionate about curriculum, have a love of their subject and a track record of securing positive outcomes.
• Support the development of students, both in and out of the classroom, contributing to the wider school offer.
• Have a good understanding of evidence informed approaches to curriculum, and teaching and learning.
• Are a reflective practitioner, committed to their own continuing professional development.
• Are excellent communicators – with both young people and adults.
• Build strong relationships with young people, creating trust and belonging.
• Are dedicated to raising achievement and can see the potential in all.
• Have high standards and expectations of themselves, staff and students, in all that they do.
