TA and MSA

As our Cambridgeshire school, we require a passionate, dedicated and supportive Teaching Assistant to join our team here at Petersfield.

We require a proactive, solution focused and supportive Midday Supervisor Assistant who can develop excellent relationships with pupils and colleagues. We are looking to ensure the security and care of the pupils of the school and to promote their social development, enjoyment and a therapeutic approach to behaviour management during the lunch time period.

We are looking for someone who:

• is kind, patient and enthusiastic
• has excellent with good communication skills and has high expectations
• is able to support individual pupils 1:1
• Subscribes to a therapeutic approach to support pupil behaviour and learning
• is able to lead interventions with individuals and groups of pupils
• is proactive, highly motivated and thrives when working as part of a team.
