By offering an inspiring curriculum, we expect our children to think differently: taking risks with their learning, embracing uncertainty, problem solving, making connections and playing with possibilities.As part of Excalibur Academies Trust, we benefit from shared expertise and strong governance, whilst maintaining our own unique identity, values and deep community focus.The RoleWe are looking for a caring, responsible and reliable Midday Supervisor to join our school team and support pupils during their lunchtime and midday break.Hours: 11:30 - 13:45 Mon-Fri Term Time OnlyThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising pupils who have an earlier lunch, helping to ensure that they are safe, well cared for and supported throughout this period.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise pupils during their lunchtime and midday break.Promote positive behaviour and ensure pupils follow school expectations.Monitor pupils to ensure their safety and general welfare.Help create a calm, safe and positive environment for pupils.Report any concerns relating to pupil welfare, behaviour or safety to the appropriate member of staff.Follow on duties after mainstream support is to supervise pupils in the Resource Base during their playtime, which may include personal care.
