Attendance Driver

About You:

Weavers Academy are seeking a caring, reliable, and resilient individual who is passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues, helping to overcome barriers to attendance and engagement.

With a full clean driving licence and a proactive approach, you will be comfortable working independently, conducting home visits, transporting pupils safely to school, and supporting vulnerable learners to achieve their full potential. Above all, you will share our commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and ensuring every pupil has the opportunity to succeed.
