JOB SUMMARY:

Work under the direction of the Deputy Headteacher, SENCo and/or SLT to support the coordination, administration and quality assurance of EHCP processes across the school. Acting as Assistant SENCo, the postholder will help ensure that annual reviews are completed within statutory timescales; that EHCP paperwork, outcomes, targets and provision are clear, purposeful and accurately matched to pupils’ needs; and that provision is understood by staff and reflected in curriculum planning, adapted learning and day-to-day classroom practice.
