Founded in 2014, Reach British School is a distinguished member of the International School’s Partnership (ISP), which includes 82 schools worldwide. We offer the National Curriculum for England to students aged 3 to 18 and currently accommodate over 1862 students representing more than 70 nationalities.

The ideal candidate will be equipped to deliver well-structured lessons and provide meaningful, personalized feedback in line with key policies, including Teaching and Learning, feedback, and displays. This is crucial to ensure that students feel safe, engaged, and challenged to enhance their progress and educational outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Contributing to the school community while upholding our values of Safety, Respect, and Ambition.

· Designing exemplary teaching and learning experiences in accordance with the school's Teaching and Learning Policy.

· Creating a positive and creative learning environment that encourages outstanding practice.

· Collaborating with colleagues in lesson planning to ensure all students have the opportunity to achieve and progress.

· Effectively utilizing assessment and feedback to promote individual student improvement and success.

· Integrating digital tools and technologies in lessons to enrich learning experiences and facilitate progress.

· Maintaining accurate records and assessments of students to inform next steps, which can be communicated to parents to aid student success.

· Adopting a restorative approach to manage behavior concerns in line with the school’s Behaviour Policy.

· Keeping abreast of best practices through the school’s CPD schedule, ISP Learning Hub, and personal professional development opportunities.

Applicants must clearly demonstrate in their application or during the interview:

• At least 2 years of full-time teaching experience, either in the UK or at a British Curriculum school.

• Strong familiarity with the National Curriculum for England and current assessment practices.

• Proficiency with data systems, student tracking, interventions, target setting, assessment, recording, and reporting.

• A commitment to excellence in teaching and learning.

• A willingness to build strong partnerships with parents to bolster student success.

• The capability to collaborate and contribute to whole-school initiatives and the school improvement cycle.
