The SENCO will play a vital role in improving the educational experiences of our students by ensuring personalized support for each learner, helping them excel both academically and personally.The ideal candidate will demonstrate cultural awareness in all support areas, understanding and addressing the unique needs of our primarily Qatari student population. The SENCO should be ready to assist students who may not have an official SEN diagnosis but require additional support due to language barriers or other challenges.Candidates must possess a thorough understanding of SEN provisions, strong leadership skills, and expertise in developing and managing in-class support strategies to promote achievement for all students.
