Grande Prairie & District Catholic Schools is a public Catholic school division serving students of all faiths and backgrounds in the regional communities of Grande Prairie, Beaverlodge, Sexsmith, Spirit River, and Fairview, Alberta, Canada. It operates 14 schools, including elementary, junior high, and high schools from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12. The division offers the Alberta provincial curriculum with specialized programs such as French Immersion from Pre-K to Grade 12, Montessori at Mother Teresa Catholic School (Pre-K to Grade 6), STEM programming at St. Patrick Catholic School (Pre-K to Grade 8), Integrated Fine Arts at St. Catherine Catholic School (Pre-K to Grade 8), MicroSociety at St. Mary's Catholic School (Sexsmith) and Ste. Marie Catholic School (Spirit River), and the Celtic Academy multi-sport program for Grades 4–12 based on Long-Term Athlete Development. Transportation is provided in urban and rural areas. With over 5,400 students and approximately 700 staff members, the division emphasizes Catholic Christianity grounded in Gospel values, strong ethics, morals, and community building.
