Successful candidates will possess:

• A degree in education, such as a Bachelor’s in Education or a related field.
• A recognized teaching certification, including PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate, or its equivalent (the PGCE must be paired with a subject-relevant Bachelor’s Degree).
• At least two years of teaching experience (international experience is advantageous but not mandatory).
• Comprehensive subject knowledge, with substantial experience teaching the British National Curriculum across all key stages.
• A dedication to creating a student-centered learning atmosphere.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and a cooperative teaching approach.
• A demonstrated history of delivering exceptional teaching and learning.
• A willingness to engage in extracurricular activities outside school hours.
