Position Overview:
Epsom College in Malaysia is looking to recruit a qualified, enthusiastic, and devoted Second Master to serve as the operational leader in our expanding 3-18 boarding school.

Key Purpose of the Role:
- Assist the Head of School in realizing the institution's vision and strategic goals across all educational stages (3-18).
- Promote excellence in teaching, learning, and academic achievements through innovative and consistent practices.
- Guarantee the well-being, safeguarding, and comprehensive development of all students, whether day or boarding.
- Effectively lead and manage staff, encouraging professional development and high performance.
- Supervise the daily operations of the school to ensure efficiency and optimal resource utilization.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to foster a cohesive and inclusive school community.

The ideal candidate is:
- A visionary leader capable of inspiring and motivating both staff and students.
- An outstanding communicator with superior interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

And has:
- A profound understanding of the developmental and educational requirements of children aged 3 to 18.
- A proven record of leadership in a secondary school, with preferred experience in a 3-18 environment or across various educational phases.
- A strong history of enhancing standards in teaching, learning, and student achievements.
- Experience in teaching and residing in a boarding school setting.
