About This Role

Are you eager to become part of an energetic IB team in the Paris region? Situated in the scenic surroundings of Maisons-Laffitte, just 20 minutes from central Paris, Ermitage is an international school with a diverse, globally-minded group of IB educators dedicated to the success and well-being of our students. We are seeking candidates with a strong subject knowledge who are open to collaborating with colleagues from around the globe using various pedagogical approaches.

In line with our mission, vision, and IB philosophy at Ermitage International IB School, we are excited to introduce the International Primary Programme for children aged 8 and above. This programme will adopt an inquiry-based learning model, featuring small class sizes on our Ermitage IB School campus. Our classes are designed to prepare students for the MYP and DP programmes, emphasizing transdisciplinary learning, critical thinking, collaboration, and international-mindedness, in alignment with the IB Learner Profile. We are enthusiastic about incorporating outdoor learning experiences that take advantage of the beautiful natural settings of Maisons-Laffitte park and forest.

We invite applications for the position of International Primary Programme Teacher. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about contemporary primary education and dedicated to developing this programme. Our aim is to create an exceptional educational pathway where students from all nationalities and backgrounds can thrive and fulfill their potential from Primary through to MYP and DP, fostering well-rounded individuals who become responsible global citizens.

We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment that values diversity, encouraging individuals to apply regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other unique characteristics.
