The Role
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and inspiring English Teacher who can motivate and engage our students. This role offers an exciting chance to join our expanding network of schools and play a crucial part in enhancing our outstanding academic programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English Language and Literature up to A-Level.
- Create and implement high-quality, engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all students.
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic improvement.
- Encourage a love for reading, writing, and critical thinking.
- Promote a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent) from a UK university.
- A relevant degree in English or a closely related discipline.
- Experience teaching English in a British curriculum school.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- High levels of motivation, creativity, and flexibility.
- Ability to teach English Language and Literature to A-Level.
Desirable:
- Experience working with EAL learners.
- Proven success in teaching in the UK.
Please note: In accordance with Qatar’s work visa regulations, applicants must be under the age of 50.
