Position: Applied Technology Teacher

Frontier Mosakahiken School caters to students from Nursery through Grade 12, with an enrollment of about 415 students. Situated in Moose Lake, just 100 km east of The Pas, Manitoba, this full-service community is conveniently accessible by road. The picturesque lakeside environment offers a variety of outdoor recreational activities for residents.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Education Degree, Diploma in Industrial Arts/Technology Teacher Education
• Valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate (or eligibility for one)
• Preferred experience in teaching Applied Technology or a related field
• Strong knowledge of the provincial Applied Technology curricula
• Awareness of Indigenous Way of Life
• Exceptional classroom management skills
• Experience working in a northern community environment
• Dedication to exploring best practices and reflecting on instructional methods
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with the belief that all students can achieve
• Self-motivated individual
