Job Title:

Speech and Language Therapist

Location:

The Shires – Oakham (Secondary) LE15 6JB (3 days) & Meadows View (Primary) PE9 2JL (2 days)

Salary:

Up to £53,200 FTE DOE

Hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract:

Permanent (Term time only, or flexibility around full-time contract can be discussed based on your personal circumstances)

Essential:

Full valid driving license and access to own vehicle

The role:

We are in search of a Speech and Language Therapist to join our internal clinical team. In collaboration with the education team, you will provide tailored Speech and Language Therapy assessments and interventions for pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, are neurodivergent, or have social, emotional, and mental health needs. You will adhere to the standards outlined in the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working, which will guide your practice and delineate your roles and responsibilities while considering the regulations of your governing and professional bodies. You will manage a Speech and Language therapy caseload and provide support as needed.
