ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for Primary Class Teachers committed to creating a nurturing, inspiring, and inclusive educational setting for all learners. Join us in making a significant, lasting impact.

At St. Andrews International School Bangkok, we believe that understanding each child is essential for effective teaching. Our classrooms are designed to be welcoming and interactive, offering a supportive environment where students can discover, learn, and develop. Our educators embody this vision through their creativity, dedication, and commitment to each child's unique educational journey.

Inspiring Learning and Development:

As a teacher at St. Andrews, you will support both the academic and personal growth of your class, tailoring your teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs, abilities, and interests of each student. By keeping abreast of current educational practices, you will implement innovative methods into our curriculum and provide regular, meaningful feedback to parents. Collaboration is a cornerstone of our philosophy, and you will work alongside colleagues and Heads of Phase to create cohesive learning experiences for all students.

Collaborating as a Professional Team Member:

Becoming part of our team means aligning with shared goals and positively impacting our school community. You will accurately execute assessment and reporting processes, supervise students during allocated times, and contribute to curriculum development through regular meetings and professional development initiatives. By working closely with fellow teachers, you will help ensure a consistent, high-quality learning environment across classes and year groups.

Professional Development

We prioritize professional growth by offering access to Nord Anglia University’s CPD platform and fostering collaborative opportunities through Professional Learning Communities, Triads, and WalkThrus. Leadership roles and Masters programs are available to support our educators in their lifelong learning journey.

Building a Welcoming School Community:

Our school cultivates a lively atmosphere that encourages curiosity and engagement. As an educator, you will create inviting and stimulating classrooms and communal spaces, sparking students' enthusiasm for learning and participation. You will also engage in extracurricular activities weekly, represent the school in local and international communities, and support our House system by participating in House events.
