About you:

We are seeking to hire an Inclusion Learning Support Assistant to become part of our team immediately.

Job Purpose:

This role involves providing small group and individual support in literacy, mathematics, motor skills, and/or language. The Individual Needs Support Assistant will assist teachers in promoting the engagement of students with SEND and/or learning barriers in their academic and social growth.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement activities to achieve IEP targets, execute structured literacy intervention programs, and professionally report on student progress and outcomes to parents and teachers.
• Provide in-class support during lessons to ensure access to tailored learning.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance student learning, especially for those with SEND or learning barriers.
• Foster the inclusion and acceptance of all students.
• Offer feedback to students on their progress and achievements, as directed by teacher.
