Design, prepare, and deliver lessons that are appropriate for the age group and aligned with the school's curriculum.
Cultivate a positive classroom environment that emphasizes student engagement, motivation, and active participation in learning.
Evaluate and track student progress through both formative and summative assessments.
Keep precise records of student attendance, assessment results, and overall academic performance.
Create and implement innovative teaching methods and activities to address the varying learning needs of students.
Set clear classroom rules and expectations regarding behavior and daily routines.
Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians about their child's development and well-being.
Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student development.
Contribute to the planning and organization of school events and activities, such as inter-house competitions, concerts, school plays, and prize days.
Prioritize the safety and well-being of students at all times.
Adhere to GEMS policies, procedures, and codes of conduct consistently.
