About This Role

We are looking for an exceptional Central Education Team Administrator to join our busy and purpose-driven School Improvement Team. This is a vital role at the heart of Archway Learning Trust’s work to strengthen leadership, improve provision and secure the very best outcomes for pupils across all our academies.

As Central Education Team Administrator, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth, efficient and effective operation of our school improvement activity. You will provide high-quality administrative, organisational and operational support that enables the Directors of Education and the wider School Improvement Team to focus on the work that matters most - supporting schools, developing staff and improving opportunities for every child.

About the Role

In this varied and rewarding role, you will:

  • Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, visits and school improvement reviews
  • Prepare high-quality documentation including agendas, briefing papers, reports and minutes
  • Maintain accurate records, systems and SharePoint sites to support compliance and quality assurance
  • Organise Trust-wide events, leadership forums, training sessions and school improvement activities
  • Ensure all activity is professionally documented and compliant with statutory, safeguarding and inspection requirements
  • Support major operational moments such as GCSE and A-Level results days, including communications, media coordination and information management
  • Act as a professional point of contact between the Central Education Team, schools and external partners

Your work will underpin key processes that ensure the Trust remains well-organised, informed, inspection-ready and aligned in its approach to school improvement.

About You

You will bring:

  • Excellent organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
  • Professional, clear and confident communication
  • Strong IT skills, particularly across Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • A proactive, calm and solutions-focused approach
  • Professionalism, discretion and a commitment to safeguarding information
  • The ability to build positive, productive relationships across teams and schools

You thrive on enabling others to work effectively and gain satisfaction from keeping complex processes running smoothly and to a high standard.

Why This Role Matters

School improvement is at the heart of Archway’s mission, and high-quality administration is what keeps this work moving. Your contribution will ensure that:

  • Leaders have the information, organisation and support they need
  • Improvement activity is delivered consistently and with impact
  • Documentation is accurate, compliant and confidently presented to senior leaders, governors, Ofsted and external partners
  • The Trust continues to improve outcomes for children across all our academies

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys purposeful work, values precision and takes pride in supporting high-impact educational improvement.

If you are proactive, efficient and committed to helping our teams deliver exceptional education for every child, we would be delighted to receive your application.
