The role
We are looking for a teacher who will:

Conduct engaging, thoughtfully planned lessons aligned with the English National Curriculum
•
Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student can thrive
•
Effectively use assessments to guide planning, modify instruction, and ensure meaningful progress
•
Work collaboratively with colleagues, phase leaders, and the senior leadership team (SLT)
•
Participate in the wider school community through enrichment activities, events, and pastoral care

Essential requirements
•
A recognized teaching qualification (QTS/PGCE or equivalent)
•
Recent experience teaching History in a UK Curriculum School
•
Strong subject knowledge
•
Proven excellence in classroom management and teaching practices
•
A commitment to safeguarding and child protection
Desirable
•
Experience in an international school setting
•
Experience teaching the subject at GCSE or A-Level
•
Familiarity with English as an Additional Language (EAL) learners
