The Josef-Schwarz-School, located in the scenic area of Erlenbach and easily accessible from Heilbronn, invites applications for a Reception Class Teacher in our Primary School. We are looking for a Reception Class Teacher for either part-time or full-time positions, set to commence at the beginning of the 2026/2027 academic year.

Your Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with a German class teacher and provide support in the afternoon program twice a week until 5:30 pm.
- Prepare lessons and follow-up activities while organizing and designing the educational framework according to our established curriculum.
- Employ a variety of teaching methods and didactic strategies in the classroom.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and welcoming learning environment.
- Plan, implement, and oversee various class projects.
- Contribute innovative ideas and assist in improving processes.
- Maintain effective communication with parents.
Your Profile
- A qualified Early Years Educator, possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, a degree in Social Pedagogy, or a comparable qualification that permits you to teach in a reception class.
- A warm and nurturing individual with a genuine passion for working with children, especially in the reception/kindergarten age group.
- Dedicated to supporting all children in reaching their full potential.
- An interest in creating and implementing new educational concepts that center on the personalized growth of children.
- Fluent in English with a keen interest in learning about German language and culture.
