Inclusion Lead /SENCO

We are looking for someone who:

• has a strong understanding of SEND and inclusive practice;
• is committed to high expectations and positive outcomes for every child;
• can provide effective strategic leadership, raising standards of achievement for all pupils with SEN and supporting colleagues;
• builds strong and trusting relationships with children, families and professionals;
• is organised, reflective and able to use assessment and evidence to evaluate the impact of provision; and
• shares our commitment to our Christian vision and core values of kindness, trust and courage.
