Work Location:

• On-site only; remote work is not available.

Responsibilities:

• Attend educational conferences and workshops.
• Discuss student performance and results with students, their parents, and school officials.
• Evaluate and document students' progress.
• Participate in teacher training workshops and educational conferences.
• Engage in staff meetings.
• Provide tutoring support.
• Supervise teaching assistants and mentor student teachers.
• Assign and evaluate homework.
• Create course content tailored to individual learning requirements.
• Lead activities that promote students' physical, mental, and social development, as well as their readiness for school.
• Design and implement remedial programs for students requiring extra assistance.
• Organize subject material for delivery in accordance with an approved curriculum.
• Prepare, administer, and assess examinations.
• Teach through various methods, including lessons, discussions, audio-visual aids, and field trips.

Credentials:

• Certificates, licenses, memberships, and courses: Provincial or Territorial Teaching Certificate
