About This Role
DSB is on the lookout for a passionate French Language teacher to advance our thriving French Language program, which has received recognition through the French Government Schools of Excellence in French award. Our educational approach emphasizes preparing students for their futures. Numerous students participate in DELF language proficiency exams alongside the IGCSE and IB Diploma. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing our exchange program and seeking additional avenues for French Language immersion for our students. The successful candidate must possess:
- At least two years of teaching experience in a relevant curriculum.
Preferred qualifications include some or all of the following:
- Experience teaching IBDP or at least A level/AP French;
- A recognized teaching qualification;
- Experience teaching across various age groups and abilities in Secondary education;
- Experience working with students for whom English is an additional language is desirable;
- Proficiency in using AI for educational purposes.
