Introduction to MIC

Founded in 2017, Majestic International College (MIC) is recognized as a member of CIS and is a prominent private high school delivering an English-language curriculum. In June 2025, MIC proudly commemorated the graduation of its seventh cohort of students, underscoring its commitment to academic excellence and international standards.

Art & Design Subject Teacher

Basic requirements for candidates:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant area is required; a master’s degree or higher is preferred, along with international educational qualifications.
• Professional teaching certifications such as PGCE or a subject-specific teaching license are desirable.
• A minimum of two years of teaching experience in related subjects.
• At least two years of experience in international school settings.
• Familiarity with teaching one or more of the following: IB, AP, A-levels, and IGCSE.
• Strong English proficiency for instruction and workplace communication, with an understanding of the necessity for technical literacy when teaching the subject to Chinese students in English.
• A professional demeanor towards teaching that aligns with MIC’s mission and values, including a commitment to teamwork, perseverance, and accountability.
• Experience working with enthusiastic and motivated Chinese students aged 15-17.
• A demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to participate in school-based in-service training.

Employment Benefits for a 2-year contract period

C&B Package:

Competitive with the local international school's HR market, considering factors such as years of relevant teaching experience, educational qualifications, degrees/certificates, and the level of workload/commitment for each position. The pre-tax annual package ranges from CNY 240,000 to CNY 400,000.
