We are united by our shared philosophy of ambitious aspirations for our students, our staff, and our network of schools. We believe that being part of our family of schools offers a unique advantage, allowing us to achieve more collectively than we could alone. We also create exceptional opportunities for our students and staff, including the Global Campus, Nord Anglia University, and partnerships with The Juilliard School, MIT, UNICEF, IMG Academy, and King’s College London.

The British International School Budapest

Nestled near a golf course in the picturesque 3rd District of Budapest, just a short distance from the Danube and the city center, our school campus is modern and well-equipped. Key Stage 2 Primary students enjoy one-to-one iPads, while secondary students utilize their own laptops. Our specialist rooms feature top-notch facilities that enhance our collaborations with MIT and The Juilliard School New York. Recent developments over the past three years have expanded our state-of-the-art facilities for science, bringing our total to six advanced laboratories, as well as spaces for computing, visual arts, performing arts, and sports. Our diverse student body is motivated and enthusiastic, embracing an engaging approach to learning, and they actively participate in service and leadership both in and out of school. We take pride in our supportive community, grounded in our mission statement and cultivated through shared values, consistently demonstrated by students, parents, and staff. As we look ahead to 2026 and beyond, we seek dedicated and passionate colleagues to help us realize our vision of “empowered students and empowered staff in a sustainable school.”
