English Teacher (CIE EFL/IELTS)

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a Cambridge IGCSE EFL (English as a First Language) teacher who is also well-versed in IELTS instruction to join our vibrant school community.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned EFL/IELTS educator eager to make a meaningful impact by assisting Chinese students in gaining admission to their preferred overseas institutions and achieving success thereafter.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Enthusiastic about the subject and committed to educating students in a comprehensive manner;

• Skilled in teaching Cambridge IGCSE English as a First Language and IELTS to Chinese students, consistently setting high expectations;

• Capable of crafting curricula that address students' varying English proficiency levels and individual requirements;

• Proficient in assessment for learning and active engagement strategies to promote academic excellence among learners;

• A collaborative team player with outstanding organizational abilities;

• Prior experience in teacher training and mentorship is advantageous;

• Knowledgeable in guiding students through the university application process.
