About This Role
The Position
The Director of International Curriculum - Primary School at Shanghai Concord Bilingual School (hereinafter referred to as “the School”) will report directly to the School's Executive Principal.
As the Director of International Curriculum – Primary School, you will collaborate with the Chinese Head of Primary in overseeing the management of the Primary School, adhering to the School’s policies, rules, regulations, as well as any directives and resolutions issued by the Executive Principal and relevant laws.
In alignment with these principles and following the guidance of the Executive Principal, the Director of International Curriculum – Primary School will partner with the Chinese Head of Primary to ensure the effective execution of teaching, educational administration, and daily operations of the Primary School. This includes, but is not limited to:
a) Academic/Staff Management
b) Curriculum/Teaching and Learning
c) Procurement & Budget
d) Admissions
e) Human Resources
f) Strategy/Marketing/Government relationship/Parent relationship
g) Other
