About This Role

About Saint Too Bloom Academy

Saint Too Bloom Academy is a new secondary institution in Hong Kong focused on fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and bilingual education. Our mission, crafted by a dedicated team of educators, engineers, and entrepreneurs, is to equip young individuals with the skills necessary to excel in a constantly evolving world.

Since the launch of our sister school, Bloom KKCA Academy, in 2021, we have led the way in bilingual, interdisciplinary, and project-based learning, forming collaborations across education, business, and social innovation sectors. In 2024, we opened our secondary campus, where we offer Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level programs, alongside a school-based Key Stage 3 curriculum. Additionally, we have introduced two new pathways—the HKDSE and a US-accredited project-based pathway—to cater to the needs of diverse learners.

We are currently seeking educators who are excited about Chinese Humanities and student empowerment to help us develop a vibrant and inclusive Chinese Humanities program for our students.

Position Overview

We are in search of an enthusiastic and skilled Secondary Chinese Humanities Teacher. The ideal candidate will assist students in comprehending Chinese language, literature, and humanities as more than just an academic discipline, but as a means to explore their identity, Chinese culture, and the broader world.

The successful applicant will instruct students from Grade 7 to 12, covering Key Stage 3, IGCSE, and A Level (CIE and Edexcel). A solid background in preparing senior students for external examinations is essential.

Our aim to nurture compassionate creators and social entrepreneurs extends beyond conventional curricula, so we are looking for teachers eager to innovate and refine existing curricula by incorporating experiential learning and leveraging technology, as well as adopting innovative teaching methods such as project-based learning.

As we serve a diverse range of learners, this role is ideal for educators who excel in inclusive classrooms and collaborative environments. The capacity to differentiate instruction, support individual learners, and teach Chinese Humanities is crucial.
