Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education or a related field
- Must hold a qualified teacher status with PGCE and/or QTS
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a comparable position
- Strong knowledge base
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to effectively lead and manage a department
