Position: Teacher of Physical Education - Male

Objectives of this Role:

We are looking to hire a passionate and skilled teacher of Physical Education to join our faculty.
• Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience and must have taught up to GCSE level via a UK examination board. BTEC experience is highly desirable.

• The successful applicant must possess UK teacher training and/or substantial teaching experience within the UK. This position is set to commence in August 2025 and is NOT suitable for ECT.

• The ideal candidate should possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to collaborate effectively with experienced team members to advance the school’s strategic vision. Additionally, they should focus on:

The successful applicant will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing the department, and will oversee the implementation of excellent teaching practices in accordance with the UK curriculum, ensuring a high-quality and engaging learning environment for our Key Stage 3 & 4 students.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with QTS and PGCE

• The bachelor’s degree must be in a relevant field (e.g., a Chemistry teacher should hold a degree in a science-related discipline)

• Qualified Teacher Status with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in delivering the National Curriculum for England.

• A demonstrated history of successful teaching and achieving outstanding results through high-quality teaching and learning, grounded in contemporary pedagogical practices and forward-thinking initiatives.
