Required Qualifications
Education & Certification
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree
- Valid teaching certificate recognized by, or eligible for certification in Nunavut (Teachers trained internationally without a Canadian teaching certificate must have their qualifications evaluated through Pathways To Teach Canada)

Language and Cultural Assets
- Proficiency in Inuktitut (both spoken and written)
- Background in Inuit Qaujimajatuqangit-based education
- Experience in bilingual or ESL teaching environments

- Training or experience in evidence-based literacy development
