Shattuck - St Mary’s International School in Vietnam is a distinguished educational establishment committed to providing outstanding education through the Advanced Placement curriculum. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Secondary Principal to oversee our High/Secondary School division. This essential position requires a dedicated educator with a passion for fostering academic excellence and holistic student development. The Secondary Principal will also take on the role of Head of Boarding, although on-campus residency is not mandatory.

The key responsibilities encompass overseeing the daily operations of the secondary school division, facilitating professional growth for faculty members, ensuring that the curriculum aligns with AP standards, promoting student achievement, and maintaining effective communication with parents and stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A Master’s Degree in Education or a related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 3 years of leadership or administrative experience in secondary education
- Comprehensive understanding of Advanced Placement curriculum requirements and assessment techniques
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively and manage school operations efficiently
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in an international school setting is preferred

- Experience managing a Boarding Program is also preferred
