Job Overview:

The Curriculum Coordinator will be tasked with the design, alignment, and continuous improvement of the middle and high school curricula in line with U.S. standards. This role necessitates collaboration with teachers, administrators, and various stakeholders to promote academic excellence and consistency across all grade levels, while also facilitating professional development initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Master’s Degree in Education or a related field is mandatory
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum coordination or instructional leadership within a U.S.-based educational setting
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. secondary education standards, assessment practices, and curriculum frameworks
  • Proven ability to analyze student performance data to inform instructional decisions
  • Excellent communication skills to foster effective collaboration with faculty, students, parents, and administration
  • Experience in integrating technology into curriculum development is preferred
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects efficiently while adhering to deadlines
