Person Specification
Candidates must demonstrate:

- A minimum of 2 years of full-time teaching experience in the UK or at a British Curriculum school.

- A comprehensive understanding of the National Curriculum for England (English) and current assessment practices.

- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage students in meaningful learning experiences.

- Experience with data systems, student tracking, intervention strategies, and reporting.

- A commitment to outstanding teaching and learning.

- Proficiency in utilizing IT and digital tools to improve educational outcomes.

- A desire to establish strong relationships with parents.

- A collaborative approach to supporting whole-school initiatives and the school improvement process.
