About This Role
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, well qualified and skilled Mathematics Teacher and Key Stage Leader to join our welcoming, successful and growing school, starting in Sept 2026. The role is responsible for the Mathematics educational provision for an allocated Key Stage - a great stepping stone in subject leadership.

- Access for all to high quality Teaching and Learning is a priority, with our Year 11 and 13 cohorts excelling and achieving well above national average
- Staff and senior leaders bring energy and motivation to the school to ensure standards of excellence, and a culture where all students and staff are given breadth of opportunity and are valued. We focus on a research based, impactful approach to school improvement.
- As part of The Charter School Educational Trust we benefit from The Charles Dickens Research School, The London South Teaching Hub and working with a team of schools committed to excellence in education in South-East London.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- Is a skilled, accomplished Mathematics Leader and Teacher with a passion for delivering an excellent Mathematics provision, to students across Years 7 to 13.
- Consistently models excellent practice and has students' academic progress and personal development at the core of their professional motivation
- Has the ability and experience to lead and develop other staff, the curriculum and student culture to excellence in the allocated Key Stage.
- Wants an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant, diverse and growing organisation.
- Is keen to work collaboratively within the wider Mathematics and STEM teams.
