About Us

• The Brookfield School is part of the Mercian Educational Trust family of schools based across Worcestershire and Herefordshire. We provide inclusive, nurturing education for children and young people with Social Emotional and Mental Health Needs and associated diagnoses across two sites. We deliver personalised learning, therapeutic support, and vocational opportunities tailored to each pupil’s Education, Health and Care Plan.
• Pupils learn in small, supportive classrooms that promote confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing. Pupils also have access to a suite of subject specific rooms such as an IT suite, art/ DT room and Food Technology room and a new purpose-built sports hall on site. Built on strong partnerships with families, we empower every learner to thrive and prepare for life beyond school.
