Key responsibilities include delivering engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students, fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment, and promoting both academic and personal growth. Staff are expected to maintain professional conduct, work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders, and actively contribute to the school community. Additionally, they must ensure that all teaching practices, curriculum plans, and resources align with DSGD/MARK values, Qatari culture, and MOE ethics.
