Successful candidates must possess:
- An educational degree, such as a Bachelor’s in Education or a related field.
- A recognized teaching qualification like PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate, or equivalent (the PGCE must be supported by a subject-relevant Bachelor’s Degree).
- At least two years of teaching experience (international experience is preferred but not essential).
- Strong subject knowledge and a thorough background in teaching the British National Curriculum across all key stages.
- A passion for creating a student-centered learning environment.
- A dedication to professional development and a cooperative approach to teaching.
- A proven record of delivering exceptional teaching and learning outcomes.
- A willingness to engage actively in extracurricular activities outside of school hours.
