Skills, Experience & Responsibilities:

- A Bachelor’s degree, along with QTS and PGCE
- For specialist roles, the Bachelor’s degree should be in a directly related field (e.g., an English teacher should possess a degree in an English-related area)
- Ability to teach across KS3-5, including IB and A Level, is essential
- A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience is preferred
