About This Role
This exciting opportunity will involve teaching Functional Skills and delivering a highly personalised curriculum to a small group of students, helping them to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed for future success.
You will be joining a small, dedicated team working within the Academy's Gold Provision, a specialist provision designed to support students with significant additional learning needs through a highly personalised curriculum and a nurturing, inclusive approach. The provision offers small class sizes, bespoke learning pathways and a strong emphasis on developing students' independence, confidence and readiness for adulthood.
The team prides itself on a collaborative approach to curriculum design, teaching and pastoral support, ensuring that every student is known, valued and supported to achieve their potential. Staff within the provision demonstrate an unwavering commitment to inclusive practice and continuous professional development, striving to provide the highest quality educational experience for some of our most vulnerable learners.
