Salary: NJC Grade H, £31,537-£33,699 (DOE) FTE
Actual Salary: £25,659.79-£27,418.88 (DOE) annual
Contract: Permanent, term time only (39 weeks per year), Monday-Friday 08:30-16:00 (30 min unpaid break)

Job Overview

We are seeking a calm, compassionate and highly effective Student Behaviour Intervention Lead to join our pastoral team. This is a rewarding opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning, develop positive relationships and achieve success both academically and personally. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting high expectations, positive behaviour and a strong sense of belonging across the school through a relational and restorative approach.
