GCSE (or equivalent) C grade or above in English and Maths and a good level of ICT skills with sound knowledge of Word and other programmes relevant to the post
ELSA and/or EBSA trained desirable or willingness to be trained.
A record of excellent attendance and punctuality
To work flexibly, undertaking tasks as directed, commensurate with the grade of the post
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt styles when necessary.
