About This Role

Ardingly Astana, a British International school located in the center of Astana, Kazakhstan, commenced operations in September 2024. Affiliated with Ardingly College in the UK—a distinguished independent school established in 1858—Ardingly Astana is dedicated to delivering exceptional educational experiences to all students. We are in search of passionate Primary teachers who are enthusiastic about education, open-minded, creative, and enjoy teamwork with peers. Primary Teachers will have the responsibility of conducting engaging lessons, fostering a nurturing classroom atmosphere, and instilling a love for learning in our students. Requirements:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a comparable certification.
- Prior experience working with primary school-aged children.
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and familiarity with inquiry-based teaching.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- A growth mindset and a dedication to lifelong learning.
- Commitment to the ongoing development and excellence of Ardingly Astana, as well as alignment with the school’s values and ethos.
