Higher Level Teaching Assistant

You will:

• Promote and enhance the learning and teaching experiences of pupils with SEND in a range of different contexts.
• Plan, deliver, resource and evaluate interventions for students with social, emotional and mental health needs/autism spectrum conditions.
• Use effective behaviour management strategies consistently in line with the Academy’s policy and procedures.
• Hold an NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification or have experience in a relevant discipline.
• Work collaboratively with other schools in our Multi-Academy Trust.
• Have experience of planning and delivering interventions.
• Hold the ELSA qualification
• Work with external professionals to plan for support needs.
