Al Jazeera Academy (Secondary School) is in search of a dynamic and inspiring **Teacher of Maths** to become part of our dedicated staff at this thriving and progressive institution.

Our Maths department has a track record of achieving top AS Level and IGCSE results throughout the school. It is well-equipped with a diverse range of resources that support teachers in delivering lessons that consistently meet high standards.

Each student at the academy is provided with a tablet (Windows platform) to enhance their learning experience. Our students demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for Mathematics, with the entire IGCSE cohort participating early in the January exam series during Year 11.

The successful candidate will collaborate with a knowledgeable team familiar with the established systems and processes. The department comprises 7 teachers and a Head of Department.

**Required Documentation:**
Notarized and attested academic degrees, teaching certificates, transcripts, marriage certificate, and dependent birth certificates will be required. Specific documentation requirements will be communicated to applicants.

The selected candidate must provide a criminal records check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) prior to employment confirmation. Candidates from outside the DBS authority will need to supply an equivalent certificate from the relevant authority in their current country of residence.
