Required Qualifications

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree
  • Valid teaching certificate recognized by, or eligible for certification in Nunavut (Teachers trained internationally without a Canadian teaching certificate must have their qualifications evaluated through Pathways To Teach Canada)

Desired Qualifications

Language and Cultural Assets

  • Proficiency in Inuktitut (both spoken and written)
