Secondary Science Teacher - Ansan
About This Role
Saint Paul American Scholars (SPAS) is a growing K-12 educational institution dedicated to developing responsible citizens and preparing students for higher education. Our mission involves imparting essential traits of ethical behavior, including courage, compassion, integrity, justice, truth, reason, fairness, respect, and honesty, along with core academic subjects.
A positive educational environment thrives on high-quality instruction from educators and effective learning among students. This requires a safe atmosphere for all members of the SPAS community, highlighting citizenship and the fair and equitable enforcement of rules. We regard parents as essential partners in the educational process and believe in their active involvement and accountability for their children's academic progress and behavior.
At SPAS, we are looking for educators who view their role as more than just teaching. The ideal candidates are self-motivated individuals who strive to support struggling students, challenge those who excel, and appreciate the diverse performance levels within their classrooms. Their commitment is rooted in a desire to ensure that students not only endure but truly flourish. Educators should be enthusiastic about working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to boost student achievement.
Recognizing that education goes beyond merely assigning, collecting, and grading work is crucial. If you resonate with this philosophy, we invite you to apply via the WhatSchool platform.
