Successful applicants must possess:
- An educational degree, such as a Bachelor’s in Education or a related field.
- A recognized teaching qualification, such as PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate, or an equivalent (the PGCE should be paired with a subject-relevant Bachelor’s Degree).
- At least two years of teaching experience (international experience is beneficial but not mandatory).
- Exceptional subject knowledge with significant experience teaching the British National Curriculum across all key stages.
- A passion for creating a student-centered learning atmosphere.
- A commitment to professional development and a collaborative teaching approach.
- A proven history of delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
- A willingness to engage in extracurricular activities outside of school hours.
