37 Hours | Term Time | Monday to Friday

Start Date: November 2026

Starting Salary (pro rata): £32,349.64 (FTE £37,443)

Are you passionate about supporting students to thrive? Do you believe in the power of restorative approaches to transform behaviour?

Etone College is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Manager to join our team. We are a vibrant and inclusive school committed to providing the best possible education for our students. What we're looking for:

  • Someone who embodies a warm-strict ethos: approachable and empathetic, yet confident in setting and maintaining firm boundaries.

  • A strong believer in restorative approaches and their ability to build positive relationships and repair harm.

  • A trauma-informed practitioner, understanding the impact of adverse experiences on behaviour and committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for all.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.

  • Experience in a similar role within an educational setting. However, we welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills and a commitment to learning.

Please see the job description for the exact duties, skills and experience required.
